Two brief notes about the authors of some pieces:
"Shapes Of Things" is attributed only to Paul Samwell-Smith while, in reality, the Yardbirds song was also composed by Keith Relf and Jim McCarthy.
"Morning Dew" is attributed not only to its author, the Canadian folk singer Bonnie Dobson, but also to Tim Rose who, in reality, only provided his own version on his debut album.
